- We deliver only to the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland).

- All orders must be checked for damages before signing for them. Any damages must be notified to us within 24 hours.
- If the stair parts are damaged as a result of customer negligence (e.g. the stair parts were stored outside, damaged by water or other hazards), we will not refund or resend the order.
